On June 28, Singapore Ministry of Defence organised a ground-breaking ceremony of Safti City, a new smart military facility that simulates urban landscape of the Lion City for an accurate training ground to counter potential national threats. We are extremely honoured to have the chance to bring the Minister of Defence Dr. Ng Eng Hen for a Virtual Reality (VR) walkthrough of the proposed Safti City in accompaniment with Lian Beng Group and strong support from Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA).

We were glad to have the opportunity to work again with our client, Deenn Engineering from Lian Beng Group to set up the remote Mixed Reality (MX) Collaboration Studio. It has been an unconventional event and a huge privilege to have showcased our platform, MX Collaboration Studio, Mobile VR Workstation and BIMatrix VR software.

The MX Collaboration Studio and BIMatrix allowed the minister to have a surreal experience of the “pre-built” Safti City in a 1:1 life-like scale inside the virtual world. We are honoured to have our efforts in our work to be appreciated by the Ministry and will continue to strive towards accurate solutions that can help envision the future of building construction.
